Crete Property Bargains (CPB) promotes a limited number of properties for sale by owner in the far east of Crete.  The website operates for this purpose only, it does not represent an estate agency.  

As CPB is not an estate agent, it does not offer the comprehensive end-to-end services for buyer and seller which estate agents provide. 

If you are a property buyer, the property contact forms on this website will send your enquiry to the property owner, who is then responsible for contacting you directly using the details you provided on the contact form.  

If you are a property seller, CPB does not respond on your behalf to any enquiries.  We take precautions to filter spam mail but it is your responsibility to show good web sense when replying to enquiries received via this site.

Is CPB right for you?

If you are a buyer or seller able to negotiate direct, navigate the sales process, and find and employ professional services (such as lawyer, engineer, notary) yourself, then this website can be a useful way to find or sell property. 

Otherwise, the comprehensive service offered by estate agents can be a better choice, as they provide services which CPB does not:- promoting from a local office, conducting viewings and intermediary communications, organising necessary paperwork and arranging the other professional services required to complete a purchase.
